What People Are Saying

“We had the most amazing informative, fun course, made to feel personally welcome, and valued, such a happy, joyous day, and ending by relaxing under a great old timer oak tree in the shade, with a spread of cooked foraged delights and sparkling refreshments. Completely opened my eyes and senses to safely foraging wild flora of the land around us. A great thank you to all the team at Terra Vitum for making us so welcome, can't wait to book another course”

— Murray, Sussex

“I found it fascinating to relate plants to the ones growing in my garden. I loved hearing about common misconceptions about plants like how dock leaves don’t actually help with nettle stings! I am now much more considerate with the plants and ‘weeds’ in my garden. Thank you for such a fascinating and informative day!

The food was absolutely delicious and my Gluten allergy was fully catered for, it was amazing learning about the benefits of everything we were eating.”

— Jan, Berkshire

“A very welcoming team who gave us an unrivalled introduction to
foraging delicious foods in our natural environment, scientific explanation added where appropriate, finishing with `proof of
the pudding` in the eating of local foraged foods - painstakingly
prepared and served under the spreading branches of an oak.
A heartwarming shared experience.”

— John

“We ambled through the countryside under the safe guidance of Megan and Tim, inspired by  their deeply rooted knowledge of the apothecary around us, putting us in touch with ancient practices for wellbeing and survival. We were eventually lead to a delectable wild banquet exquisitely prepped and served. A delightful experience.”
