Step into the world of wild mushrooms on this full day foraging experience. Learn about the edible world that surrounds you, unlock the magic of mycelium and find out about how incredible foraging is, and notice more in your environment than ever before.
The secrets of nature will be revealed with our expert leaders comprised of foragers, scientists and herbalists, giving unique perspectives on the folklore, history, uses and medicinal nature of the plants you see. Gain a new found appreciation for your environment by learning how to identify edible plants, fungi and berries on your own, and how to incorporate them into your routines.
Sit down to help prepare a wild lunch consisting of seasonal produce you have foraged throughout the day. Then enjoy a deep dive into the wilds with a seasonal workshop consisting of fermentation, herbal extractions, infusions and/food preparation. You will go home with your own creations and new knowledge of the world around you.
