2 hour family foraging course

Recommended age 7+

Head out into nature and learn incredible new skills as a family. Find the weird, wonderful and whacky plants and fungi that grow in the uk. Build an understanding of safe collection practices, how to respect nature and why foraging is so important to the land and you!

We will cover simple plants for you to find yourself, teach you how to identify things from books and what to make with the amazing things you forage for.

We believe everyone should learn where food comes from, especially children. Once you start to forage, a whole new world will unfurl at your feet, and you’ll gain a new understanding and appreciation for food and nature. So step forth into the wild world of foraging today.

No food will be available on these courses but you are welcome to bring a picnic with you.

Set in the stunning South Downs National Park near Liphook and Midhurst, GU29. An email with full location and details on what to bring will be emailed to you 2 days prior so keep an eye out on your inbox and junk emails.
