Experience spring in a new light in this foraging workshop.
Learn about the edible flowers, plants and fungi that are around during the spring season. Experience the different flavours of spring, what plants are best to pick and how to harvest them sustainably. Join our expert foragers wandering through the downs, collecting these flowers and herbs, learning about their culinary uses, history and folklore.
End the day with a delicious three course wild meal showcasing the flavours of spring, and using the wild food we collect.
