Summer Forage and Wild Brewing Workshop

Saturday 10th August
10:30am - 2:00pm

Learn the historic methods of wild beer brewing, alcoholic infusions and country wine creation.

Start the day foraging around the south downs in hedgerows, meadows and woodlands, collecting ingredients for your wild ferments. Choose whether to make wine, liqueur, beer, cider or non-alcoholic sodas.

We will then sit down to have a tasting and spend a few hours creating our wild brews.

Please be aware no food will be provided but you are welcome to bring snacks and lunch to enjoy while we make our drinks.

Location near Midhurst. Exact Location will be emailed to you 2 days prior.
