What to expect on the day:

Step off the beaten path and into a world of edible possibilities. This short foraging course is the perfect introduction to the wild world of foraging. Learn practical plant ID skills, responsible harvesting, and delicious foods in a relaxed, outdoor setting.

Led by expert foragers with deep local knowledge, you’ll discover how to identify common edible and toxic species, learn how to forage safely and sustainably, and get inspired to incorporate wild flavours into your meals.

Optional add on:

After your walk, spend an hour relaxing in a traditional wood-fired sauna. Led by a Sauna Master, overlooking the sunning South Downs, bask in the warming heat of Orna, the sauna. With changing rooms, cold plunge, showers and much more, this in an experience like no other.

Set in the stunning South Downs National Park near Liphook, GU30. An email with full location and details on what to bring will be emailed to you 2 days prior so keep an eye out on your inbox and junk emails.
