Step out to the wildflower meadows, dappled woodlands and hedgerows to experience the beauty of British summer in this foraging course and Afternoon tea.
Start the day wandering around the south downs in hedgerows, meadows and woodlands, collecting the edible flowers, plants and fungi that are around during the British summer. Learn about the culinary uses, history and folklore of common UK plants with our expert foragers.
We will then sit down to a delicious afternoon tea feast with sandwiches, pastries, cakes, wild tea blends and delicately floral fizz. Each dish will be carefully curated to showcase the beauty of summer with fragrant flowers and flavourful herbs.
