Learn how to safely prepare wild food, what flavours pair best together and how to highlight the more desirable flavours of summer.
Then sit and enjoy the food we prepare with wild drink pairings.
Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable footwear as the terrain can be uneven and wet.
