Experience late summer and early autumn in a new light in this foraging workshop.
Learn about the edible berries, plants and fungi that are around during the autumn season. Experience the different flavours of autumn, what mushrooms are best to pick and how to harvest them sustainably. Join our expert foragers wandering through the downs, collecting these mushrooms and berries, learning about their culinary uses, history and folklore.
End the day with a delicious three course wild meal showcasing the flavours of spring, and using the wild food we collect.
